Do It Again
Doing the Same Thing Doesn’t Mean Staying the Same
At first, it might seem like repeating something over and over keeps everything exactly as it is. But the truth is, every repetition changes you a little.
Think about learning to play the guitar. The first time you practice a chord, your fingers feel awkward. By the hundredth time, your hands move without you even thinking about it. The chord hasn’t changed, but you have.
The same action, repeated over time, quietly builds new skills, confidence, and experience. What feels like “just doing it again” is actually shaping you into someone different.
